Frigo Panels

The frigo panel is a structural element for the construction of cold rooms, production areas and food preservation . It consists of two steel sheets and polyurethane foam core.

Their easy and fast installation as well as their excellent assembly, make the frigo panels the ideal solution for all applications in the field of industrial refrigeration.

Their thickness varies from 80mm up to 200mm. In 80mm & 100mm thicknesses there is the option of concealed fixation(screw not shown in the final surface). The PIR polyurethane composition is available in thicknesses of 80mm, 100mm and 120mm.

The panels are produced mostly from galvanized and prepainted steel sheets , but there is also the possibility of production of aluminum sheet and stainless steel.

Applications:

The frigo panels system is used in industrial refrigeration applications, preservation chambers, processing and production of food, confectionary, bakeries etc.

Available lengths from 0.50 to 14 meters.

In most production, storage and food processing areas, the use of panels with PVC surface is required. PVC is available in two colors (RAL9002 & RAL9010) and has a thickness of 150mic. Both colors are certified and suitable for use in food processing and storage in accordance with the European standards and regulations (78/142/CEE, 80/766/CEE, 82/711/CEE, 85/572/CEE, 90 / 128/CEE, 92/39/CEE).

A series of special fittings and accessories like mounting instructions, health corners , trihedrals , etc.(available from our company) is required for proper installation of refrigeration panels.
