Roof Panels

Thermal panels of polyurethane coating.

It consists of two steel sheets and polyurethane foam core. The coating panels are characterized by easy and fast installation while providing high thermal insulation and waterproofing. Most panels are made of galvanized and prepainted steel sheets, but can also be created from aluminum sheet and stainless steel.

Support – Waterproofing

A range of binders, available from us ( self-tapping screws , washers ), is necessary for the proper installation of roof panels . There are also special sealing materials for roofs with a little slope for structures exposed to very humid environment ( butylate string , foam wads) . We recommend using screws 2.4 per m2. A number of special items related to waterproofing and aesthetic completion of the coating is also available. The specificity of each construction requires contact with our company in order to tailor the specific pieces in your construction.

Performance

Soundproofing:

All roof panels have a single insulation weighted value Rw = 25 dB.

Thermal Insulation:

The response of the panel to fire with a common polyurethane foam is B3. There is also the possibility of using polyurethane foam PIR with extra endurance in case of fire.

. The lateral coating system is produced from environmentally friendly materials (CFC free), characterized as ecological and not considered harmful.
