Wall Panels

The wall panels are a structural element for lateral building coating . It consists of two steel sheets and polyurethane foam core . They are characterized by easy and fast installation while offering high thermal insulation and waterproofing.

The wall panel covers are available in a thickness that ranges from 30mm up to 100mm. In every case there is the option of concealed fixation(screw not shown in the final surface).

The panels are produced mostly from galvanized and prepainted steel sheets , but there is also the possibility of producing them from aluminum and stainless steel.

Applications:

The wall covering system can be used in numerous applications such as in coating metal buildings, sports facilities, partitions, food processing areas, bungalows, prefabricated houses and many other structures.

In most production areas, storage and food processing, the use of surface panels with PVC is required. PVC is available in two colors (RAL9002 & RAL9010) and in thickness of 150mic. Both colors are certified and suitable for use in food processing and storage in accordance with the European standards and regulations (78/142/CEE, 80/766/CEE, 82/711/CEE, 85/572/CEE, 90 / 128/CEE, 92/39/CEE).

Support- Waterproofing

A range of binders available from us (self-tapping screws , washers ),is required for the proper installation of roof panels . There are also special sealing materials for roofs with a little slope for structures exposed to very humid environment ( butylate string , foam wads).

We recommend using 1,5 screws per m²(concealed fixation).

Performance

Soundproofing:

All roof panels have a single insulation weighted value Rw = 25 dB.

Thermal Insulation:

The response of the panel to fire with a common polyurethane foam is B3. There is also the possibility of using polyurethane foam PIR with extra endurance in case of fire.

The lateral coating system is produced from environmentally friendly materials (CFC free), characterized as ecological and not considered harmful.
